Executive Bios

With more than twenty years of experience in human resources management, Martha Tuma leads Logitech’s global HR strategy and Worldwide Human Resources group. Reporting to Logitech’s CEO, Ms. Tuma is a member of Logitech’s senior executive team as well as the Logitech Board of Director’s Compensation Committee. Her responsibilities include company-wide compensation and benefits, organization design, talent recruitment, management and development, training, HR administrative services, and regulatory compliance.

Ms. Tuma has been with Logitech for 11 years. Prior to assuming her current leadership position in 2007, she served as a Director of Human Resources for Logitech, leading many of the company’s critical human resources functions and initiatives, including creation of the company’s leadership development program, development of a new global HR information and management system, and creation of simpler and more efficient global HR processes.

Prior to joining Logitech, Martha Tuma served in human resources management positions at Apple, beginning in 1989 and ending in 1998. While at Apple, she developed and managed the company’s recruiting strategy and served on the executive HR management team. She also managed HR analysis initiatives and the development of more effective HR processes and information systems.

Martha Tuma holds a B.A. degree in linguistics from the University of California at Irvine and an M.A. degree in Public Administration, with an emphasis in organization development, from California State University, Hayward.
