About CPU Rating

CPU is an abbreviation for Central Processing Unit - essentially the brains of the computer. Sometimes referred to simply as the central processor, the CPU is where most calculations take place.

The CPU rating of High/Medium/Low is based on an Avatars' design complexity. The more complex an Avatar design, the more CPU resources it will take to render and mimic your movements. Resources used include the performance of your system's graphic display card.

If you experience a decrease in Avatar performance on your system, try selecting an Avatar with a lower CPU rating. This should help to improve performance.
