The QuickCam E 2500 webcam features true VGA resolution for clear, vibrant images; a built-in microphone with RightSound technology for crystal clear conversations without annoying background noise; and QuickCam software that allows you to easily capture, e-mail, and upload video or photos with a single click. Like the QuickCam E3500, the webcam features versatile universal monitor clip.
Logitech QuickCam S 7500
The Logitech QuickCam S 7500 is a high-performance webcam that features sophisticated optics. A true 1.3-megapixel sensor and glass lens provide high-quality images – including sharp, colourful, 5-megapixel photos (with software enhancement). Many other webcams are made with plastic lenses that produce images that often appear distant and distorted. With its glass lens, the QuickCam S 7500 provides exceptional image clarity and colour sharpness.
When the Logitech S 7500 webcam is used with Skype®, the world’s most popular VoIP application, people can enjoy a premium video-calling experience that delivers 30 frames per second at VGA resolution.
Additionally, the QuickCam S 7500 allows people to add fun and personality to online chats using face accessories, avatars, Video Masks, and Fun Filters. Logitech Fun Filters create an outline around any object visible in the image, such as the caller´s face, chair or office furniture. With the simple click of a button, people can change their image to one of twelve fun filters, giving their image a fish eye, neon light or chalkboard-looking effect. With face accessories, avatars and Video Masks, people using the QuickCam 7500 can transform themselves into three-dimensional animated characters (avatars), or add accessories such as glasses or funny hats to their on-screen image.
Logitech QuickCam S 5500
The Logitech QuickCam S 5500 offers advanced hardware and software for an exceptional video calling experience. It includes a true 1.3-megapixel sensor, which can produce 4-megapixel photos (with software enhancement).
To ensure crystal clear conversations without annoying background noise, both the QuickCam S 7500 and the QuickCam S 5500 offer a built-in microphone and RightSound™ technology. Logitech’s improved RightSound Technology significantly reduces background noise, with new noise suppression, in addition to virtually eliminating echo and feedback.
One-Touch You Tube Uploading and Video Effects Software
All four webcams include Logitech® Video Effects™ software, which now features one-touch YouTube uploading, making uploading videos to the world’s most popular video-sharing Web site easier than ever before.
The YouTube button appears at the bottom of the Logitech QuickCapture interface, which launches when people want to transmit or record a video call. When a person is ready to upload a video captured using their Logitech webcam, they simply select the video they want to upload and click the YouTube button. A second screen appears for providing information about the video clip, including the title, a brief description, video category and search tags. (A YouTube account and Internet access is necessary to upload videos.) Once the clip information is entered, the webcam user just clicks the Upload Video button and the clip is instantly uploaded to their YouTube page.
Pricing and Availability
All four WebCams are expected to be available in Australia in Mid May. Please note the Logitech QuickCam E 2500 is available through the channel only.About Logitech
