Logitech Hardware Product Limited Warranty
Logitech warrants that your Logitech hardware product shall be free from all defects in material and workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase (Warranty Period). This warranty is non-transferable and is limited to the country in which the product was purchased.
How to Obtain Warranty Support
Before submitting a warranty claim, we recommend you visit the support section at www.logitech.com for technical assistance.
If you do not find a solution on our website and wish to submit a warranty claim, please visit our Support Warranty FAQ section. You will be asked to identify your product, and provide a contact email address. Please note that you may be directed to return the hardware with proof of original purchase such as a copy of the sales receipt or dated itemized receipt. Any expense of claiming under this warranty will be borne by you.

Your consumer rights
The benefits Logitech gives you in this hardware product warranty are in addition to and do not detract from any rights and remedies that you may have under Australian consumer protection laws. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type, rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair the goods.
This hardware product warranty is not intended to (1) change or exclude any statutory consumer rights that cannot be lawfully changed or excluded; or (2) limit or exclude any right you have against the person who sold the Logitech product to you if that person has breached their sale contract with you.
Logitech provides no warranty against defects beyond the rights given to you under this hardware product warranty and which are available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.
If you make a valid claim under this warranty during the Warranty Period, Logitech will at its option: (1) repair or replace the product; or (2) refund the price paid.
Products returned under this warranty may be repaired by Logitech using new, refurbished or previously used parts of the same type or the same functional equivalency. Repair of the goods may result in loss of data contained in the goods and Logitech takes no responsibility for the loss of such data.
This warranty does not cover problems or damage resulting from: (1) accident, abuse, misapplication, or any unauthorized repair, modification or disassembly; (2) improper operation or maintenance, usage not in accordance with product instructions or connection to improper voltage supply; or (3) use of consumables, such as replacement batteries, not supplied by Logitech; (4) lost parts that were originally supplied with the Logitech hardware product; (5) non-Logitech products, parts and accessories even if sold with the Logitech hardware product; (6) non-Logitech services that may be accessed or controlled with a Logitech hardware product; or (7) normal wear and tear.
This limited warranty does not, under any circumstances, cover the replacement of or reimbursement for: (1) any electronic device or personal property that is not a Logitech product; or (2) Logitech products used by businesses for the purpose of providing end users with Internet access for a fee. While these products will not be covered under this limited warranty, all products purchased form Logitech may still be eligible for coverage under Australian Consumer Law.
No Changes to this Warranty
No Logitech dealer, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty.
