Erik K. Bardman, Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer
Erik Bardman is responsible for Logitech’s financial strategies and worldwide finance organization. He manages consolidated revenues of more than two billion dollars (U.S.), tax, treasury, accounting and financial planning and analysis, along with communication with an international base of shareholders trading Logitech shares on the SIX Swiss Exchange and the Nasdaq Global Select Market.
Reporting directly to Logitech’s chief executive officer, Erik Bardman is a member of the company’s executive leadership team, responsible for shaping and directing the implementation of all aspects of the company’s business strategies for growth and scalability.
Mr. Bardman joined Logitech in October 2009, bringing more than 20 years of global business experience in financial services and Internet commerce, with specific expertise in strategic development, financial planning and analysis and mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining Logitech, Mr. Bardman served as a financial consultant to Zillion TV. Previously he had been with eBay for six years, most recently as the chief financial officer for eBay Marketplaces, the company’s largest portfolio of businesses. At eBay, Bardman led a large global team focused on financial strategy, acquisitions, resource allocation and performance analysis.
Prior to joining eBay, Erik Bardman was with General Electric Company for 15 years in a variety of roles, developing broad expertise in consumer financial services, international finance and mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Bardman earned a B.A. degree from Dickinson College in Pennsylvania, with a major in history and a minor in economics. He is a graduate of GE’s intensive Financial Management Program.
