How does the Logitech Advantage Purchase with Confidence promotion work?

If you purchase a Logitech product and see a lower price at an authorized online retailer, we will refund the difference. 

It only takes a couple of steps

  1. If you see a lower price from an authorized online retailers for a Logitech product you purchased within the past 30 days from Logitech.com, take a screen shot of the retailer's page showing the product, price and retailer logo.
  2. Email the screenshot along with your Logitech.com order confirmation number to priceguarantee@logitech.com.
Our Customer Care department will review your claim and if it is deemed valid, your credit card will be refunded the difference between what you paid at Logitech.com (less sales tax and shipping) and the retailer's lower product price.

Purchase with Confidence promotion (“Promotion”) terms and conditions.

Only credit card purchases of Logitech products at Logitech.com from the United States are eligible for this Promotion. Product price match limited to Logitech products offered on Logitech.com and/or from authorized online retailers. Logitech products purchased on auction sites or used and/or refurbished Logitech products are not eligible product under this Promotion. Only complete claim submissions will be accepted. To complete your submission, forward your order confirmation e-mail, along with a screen shot of the shopping cart with the lower price offer. The screen shot must include the logo, model number and lower price. If your claim submission is determined to be eligible for a refund, the Logitech Customer Care team will facilitate such refund the difference to your credit card and in the currency of your original Logitech product purchase. Claim submission review and credit card processing may take 4-6 weeks.

Logitech is not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, delayed, or garbled emails, incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate capture of your claim submission, including but not limited to technical malfunctions, human or technical error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or failures of any telephone or computer line or network, computer equipment, so are or any combination thereof. Logitech reserves the right, without prior notice, to terminate this Promotion, in whole or in part, or modify this Promotion in any way, and for any reason, including without limitation, if Logitech determines in its sole discretion, that fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Logitech’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Promotion. Logitech’s decisions are final on all matters related to this Promotion.
