Logitech Sets Fiscal Fourth Quarter and Year-End 2003 Earnings Announcement Date

Fremont, CA — April 7, 2003 — Logitech International (SWX:LOGN) (NASDAQ:LOGI), announced that it will release quarterly and year-end financial results for the period ended March 31, 2003, on Wednesday, April 23, 2003, at 7:00 Central European Time/1:00 A.M. Eastern Time.

• There will be an investor and analyst meeting held in Zurich at 10:00 Central European Time/4:00 A.M. Eastern Time on April 23 to discuss financial results for the fiscal fourth quarter and year-end as well as guidance regarding revenues and operating income for the quarter ending June 30, 2003 and the full fiscal year ending March 31, 2004. • There will also be an earnings teleconference at 16:00 Central European Time/10:00 A.M.
