9. My Avatar or Face Accessory is not tracking me correctly. What can I do to fix this?

In order to properly track your facial features, the Video Effects software must be able to see your face. Make sure that your face is not covered by sunglasses or facial hair. Also be sure there is enough light on your face. Lastly, recalibrate the Video Effects software to ensure best results.

10. I am using Video Effects with an application, but do not see an Avatar or Face Accessory. What can I do?

It is possible that a third-party application may use an unusual compression technology with their video solution. If you see video when disabling Video Effects, it may be possible that this compression is affecting the Video Effects output. If you need additional assistance, please visit the support site.
