Logitech Shareholders Elect Two New Board Members, Re-Elect One Board Member
Logitech – Sept. 10, 2008 – Logitech announced that at the Company’s Annual General Meeting held today in Lausanne, Switzerland, its shareholders elected two new board members: Richard Laube, executive vice president of Nestlé S.A. and chief executive officer of Nestlé Nutrition, and Gerald P. Quindlen, Logitech president and chief executive officer. The shareholders re-elected board member Mathew Bousquette, chairman of Enesco LLC. All other resolutions put before the shareholders were passed.
