Logitech For Creators<\/a> and Blue Microphones<\/a> launch \u201cCreator Incubator: UpNext,\u201d a talent search for up-and-coming creators who want a chance to be mentored by social media star and serial entrepreneur Josh R<\/a>ichards<\/a>. From August 24, creators in the U.S. and Canada from all backgrounds and passions are encouraged to submit a video on blueupnext.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n

As part of UpNext, 20 creators can win cash and Logitech and Blue products worth $25,000 but only one creator will get an opportunity of a lifetime to work with Richards, who is also Logitech\u2019s new Creator-In-Residence. The one winning creator will also be featured on \u201cCreator Incubator,\u201d a multi-episode web series that follows Richards as he mentors creator hopefuls on how to take their content to the next level, build their brand and engage with their audiences.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

With a social media <\/span>presence of 41.3 million followers, <\/span>19-year-old Richards\u2019 experience as a leading creator is unquestionable. Richards is a po<\/span>dcaster, actor, recording artist and entrepreneur who has invested in projects and co-founded companies that are shaping the creator community, including influencer management company TalentX, venture capital fund Animal Capital and production company CrossCheck Studios in conjunction with Mark Wahlberg.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ve had the benefit of mentors across many industries and hard knock lessons as a creator,\u201d said Josh Richards. \u201cNow that I have the platform and privilege, I want to give back, share my experience and help creators innovate, grow and build their brand.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

This six-week talent search kicks off with a call for video submissions from August 24 through September 5, followed by two weeks of community voting, where creators can engage their followers to<\/span>help vote them through to the next stage. On September 12, the top 20 creators with the most votes will win:<\/p>\n
