Today, we\u2019re announcing several new features that extend control over which updates go out and who has access to managing your fleet of devices\u2014 Sync Update Channels, Group Settings, and IT User Access Control.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Sync Update Channels<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">With Sync Update Channels, you can now choose which version of CollabOS\u00a0 you want your device to update to. This means you won\u2019t be limited to only updating to the latest version available.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sync Update Channels provides new customization options:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Create custom channels and assign devices to them.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Deploy your preferred version of CollabOS on your devices.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Additionally, you now have access to the CollabOS beta channel and to preview upcoming software releases before they are publicly released.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To learn more about Sync Update Channels and the beta channel, click <\/span><\/i><a href=\"https:\/\/prosupport.logi.com\/hc\/articles\/10167603852823\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">here.<\/span><\/i><\/a><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Group Settings<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Group settings unlocks the ability to easily manage settings for multiple devices at once. This is particularly useful for teams managing large deployments of devices, as it allows them to quickly and easily make changes to settings such as firmware updates, RightSight autoframing, audio settings, and more. Check out Group Settings under the new \u201cSettings\u201d tab in Sync.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Access Control<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Additionally, with the introduction of IT User Access Control, administrators can control which groups of rooms their team members can manage. This means IT admins can ensure their rooms are being managed by the right teams.
