As we kick-off the second week of Black History Month, Logitech takes this opportunity to honor and celebrate the contribution of African Americans and the Black Diaspora to its culture, its communities and society-at-large.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In light of the death of Tyre Nichols just last month, we\u2019re reminded once again that there is still so much that needs to be done around social justice and equality for the Black Community, not only in this country, but around the world.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

With this in mind, Logitech continues to focus this month on <\/span>Black Futures Month<\/b>, contemplating the Black Future, while taking a visionary, forward-looking spin on celebrations of Blackness, and asking, as a society, how we can do better. As a part of this conversation, we are talking about <\/span>Afrofuturism –<\/b> a term coined by Mark Dery in 1993 in his interview article \u201c<\/span>Black to the Future<\/span><\/a>.\u201c Afrofuturism describes creative works within the African diaspora that focus on science, technology and design. Afrofuturism is all about shaping a new future and imagining an Afrocentric worldview.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Along with a number of internal events and cultural initiatives, Logitech is also celebrating and raising awareness for Black History Month with the following:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
