First, we are truly sorry for the disruption and inconvenience. Second, we have quickly delivered a solution. We have a patch available now to get you back up and running.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Instructions on how to manually download the solution can be found below. <\/span><b>Do NOT uninstall your current app<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8211; doing so will erase your customizations. Simply run the patch installer over your existing version to keep all your profiles and customizations safe.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Note: if you did uninstall your app, please run this update regardless. If you use Settings Backup in Options+ you&#8217;ll be able to restore your settings. If not, or on G HUB, you\u2019ll need to select your customizations again.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>How to Fix It<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The process is slightly different depending on which app you are using.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>For Logitech Options+<\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Download:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Get the updated \u2018patch\u2019 installer for Options+ [<\/span><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/download01.logi.com\/web\/ftp\/pub\/techsupport\/optionsplus\/logioptionsplus_installer.zip\">Link<\/a><\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">].<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Install:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Double-click the downloaded file.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Launch:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The installer will automatically close, and Options+ will launch. Your devices and settings should be fully restored.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><b>Compatibility<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The fix is currently available for:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">macOS 26 Tahoe<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">macOS 15 Sequoia<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">macOS 14 Sonoma<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">macOS 13 Ventura<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We are working on updates for earlier macOS versions and will share timing for those as soon as possible.
