Each year, PCMag\u2019s expert writers and editors evaluate hundreds of products and services using a standardized five-point rating system. In 2025 alone, they reviewed 1,267 products across 503 brands.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In addition to lab testing, PCMag analyzes consumer sentiment through surveys, calculating each brand\u2019s Net Promoter Score (NPS) and averaging it with product review ratings. These results are converted to a 100-point scale and combined to create the Best Brand Index.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Logitech earned an NPS of 64.25 and an average review rating of 79.69, resulting in a score that reflects steady growth and an upward trajectory over the past two years.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Logitech was praised for its performance as an online retailer, winning PCMag\u2019s Reader\u2019s Choice Award for Best Manufacturer Online Store in the Rate the Tech Retailers survey.
