Whether it\u2019s the video bar connecting executives in a high-stakes conference, the scheduling panel employees tap to book their meeting, or the software that IT administrators depend on to keep it all running, Logitech is everywhere that work happens.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">That transformation isn\u2019t accidental. Logitech CEO Hanneke Faber is intent on stretching the iconic \u201cmouse that built this house\u201d into a springboard for ambitious growth. Faber\u2019s vision is crystal clear: she\u2019s shifting Logitech\u2019s business model toward achieving an equal revenue balance between B2C and B2B segments\u2014aiming for a strategic 50\/50 split. A central pillar of her leadership and one of the company\u2019s top priorities is to \u201cdouble down on B2B.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This initiative is not just about diversifying revenue streams; it\u2019s about earning <a href=\"https:\/\/www.logitech.com\/en-us\/business.html\">Logitech for Business<\/a>\u2019 place at the helm of workplace technology and collaboration for enterprise customers.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This is where Jedd Williams comes in.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>From Growth Engine to Chief Commercial Officer<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jedd joined Logitech in July 2024 as Global Head of B2B Sales. Less than two years later, poetically timed with the start of a new Fiscal Year, Jedd has been named Chief Commercial Officer of Logitech for Business. Later, at HP (formerly Poly), Jedd was the VP of Global Sales Acceleration.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Where Logitech for Business is Winning<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) and multinational corporations alike are a significant part of Logitech\u2019s customer portfolio. A trio of industry verticals \u2013 education, healthcare, and government \u2013 are a ballooning percentage of Logitech&#8217;s sales. This expansion is a natural fit, considering Jedd\u2019s belief that, \u201cThe right tech doesn\u2019t just improve systems\u2013it helps teachers teach, doctors to care, and governments to collaborate without friction.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Today, Logitech for Business represents roughly 40% of the company\u2019s revenue and leads the market globally in video conferencing units sold*&#8211;success largely achieved through innovative products, leadership in AI, software offerings, and a strong partnership ecosystem.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">But for Jedd, the story isn\u2019t just about products or market share. \u201cTechnology isn\u2019t the story \u2013 it\u2019s what happens when people finally have what they need to write a better one,\u201d Jedd says. \u201cIf you focus on being useful, and build deep sales coverage hand-in-hand with your partners to deliver that value, the numbers will follow.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Internally, Jedd is known for his motivational leadership, periodically sending out high-energy videos to the sales team, rolling up his sleeves to help close deals, and pivoting to make the best of the real-time surprises that today\u2019s leaders are all too familiar with.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Beyond the Office<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jedd holds an executive certificate from MIT Sloan Leadership Program and lives in Fort Worth, Texas. He loves spending time with his wife and three children on the lake and working in his restoration shop. Most recently, he\u2019s proud to be near completion on the restoration of his grandfather\u2019s truck, a passion project he has been devoted to for 20 years.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jedd is a prominent figure in the Cystic Fibrosis (CF) community, known for his extensive fundraising efforts \u2013 over $1 million \u2013 to fund medical research for life-extending treatments.
