Logitech for Business Recruits More Than 120 Value-Added Resellers

Business-to-Business Group within Logitech Creates Extensive Sales and Distribution Network

FREMONT, Calif. — Feb. 6, 2012 — Logitech (SIX: LOGN) (NASDAQ: LOGI) announced today that its Logitech for Business group has signed up more than 120 value-added resellers in the United States just seven months after launching the group’s partner program.

To connect with enterprises of all sizes, Logitech for Business has rapidly established an extensive sales and distribution network encompassing value-added resellers, system integrators, direct market resellers and office-supply superstores.

The Logitech Partner Program, launched in July 2011, gives resellers an opportunity to grow their business by offering Logitech’s high-quality peripherals – making the most of the PC attach opportunity, as well as opportunities in new categories such as tablets and unified communications (UC). The program has grown quickly, surpassing the 100-reseller mark in late November and reaching 124 as of Jan. 31, 2011.

“Many resellers have told us they didn’t need to think twice before joining our program,” said Ken Oberman, vice president of business sales for Logitech. “These resellers – and their IT customers – already appreciate the value of the Logitech brand and are eager to put Logitech products in the hands of users.”

Other resellers in the Logitech Partner Program include Discover Group of Brooklyn, N.Y.; Eastern Data Computer Systems of Norcross, Ga.; Evergreen Computer Products of Seattle; FirstCall Office Solutions of Los Angeles; Iron Bow Technologies of Chantilly, Va.; NCS Technologies of Gainesville, Va.; and ZT Group International of Secaucus, N.J.

Logitech for Business is also expanding its distributor network. In January, Logitech entered a partnership with Jenne Inc., a leading value-added distributor of IP telephony, audio and video conferencing, data networking and IT security products. Jenne, based in Avon, Ohio, is now offering resellers a bundle of UC accessories including Logitech webcams, headsets and speakerphones.

“By providing a single accessory solution under a single high-quality brand, IT managers can simplify installation and support issues for UC solutions,” said Vince Piccolomini, vice president of logistics and business development for Jenne. “By providing a superior video and audio experience, Logitech products have the added benefit of increasing user satisfaction and acceptance of corporate UC investments.”

Moving beyond the United States, Logitech for Business introduced a reseller partner program in Canada last month. A similar partner program is planned for Europe later this year.
