LOGITECH ESSENTIAL DETAILS

SYNC REMOTE UI ACCESS

Manage devices through your browser with Sync Remote UI Access within the Logitech Sync Portal. Available for CollabOS devices in appliance mode.

ISSUE ALERTS

Within the Logitech Sync device management portal, real-time alerts for a variety of room and device statuses are possible via email and/or integration with ServiceNow.

ROOM BOOKING

Logitech Room Booking is built within Logitech Sync and requires Tap Scheduler.

DESK BOOKING

Logitech Desk Booking is built within Logitech Sync and works with or without Logi Dock Flex. Employee bookings are made through the Logi Tune app on desktop or mobile.

MAPS

Floor maps are used on Tap Scheduler, Logi Tune mobile, and Logi Tune desktop to help users find rooms and desks and navigate the office. You can add amenities such as kitchens, toilets, elevators, and much more to the maps and plot the rooms that employees within your organization can book. Map creation and customization is included in your Essential Plan.
