Overview

Credit Bank of Peru, BCP, is the leading financial entity in Peru. The bank has more than 12 million clients, a physical presence in all departments of Peru, and more than 17,000 employees.

Challenge

One of the main challenges BCP faced was that the company did not have meeting rooms equipped to handle hybrid meetings. It needed to bring employees back to the office while still providing seamless video collaboration for remote workers. They needed an easy to use solution and, at the same time, a solution that integrates with their workflows and the collaboration platform.

Solution

BCP enlisted the help of Logitech solutions like the Rally Bar, Rally Bar Mini, and Sight along with Microsoft Teams Rooms to close the gap on hybrid collaboration. They implemented Rally Bar Mini in their smaller meeting rooms and Rally Bar in larger rooms integrated with Microsoft Team Rooms, to provide users with a solution that is familiar to them for a fast and broad adoption. They were able to provide a more inclusive meeting experience for their remote workforce and are now testing our table-top camera, the Logitech Sight, to bring meeting experiences that allow a front view of all the participants sitting in the room.

Results

The overall experience has been very positive from day one of the implementation. The ease of use has allowed them a fast adoption of the technology, as users can focus on the meeting without worrying about the technology. In an employee satisfaction survey, employees rated the new solution 4.9 out of 5. BCP now has a scalable solution that allows it to support a large number of collaborators, remotely and in person, to contribute to the objectives of various units of the bank.
