Overseeing operations across 140 countries from Singapore to the Middle East and Africa, he guided the team through challenging market conditions and achieved sustained year-on-year strong business performance, for both the B2B and B2C business groups between 2023 and 2024.
Under his leadership, the Singapore-based Emerging Markets Regional Leadership Team built a balanced and capable organisation that turned emerging potential into measurable results. The team’s achievements included the introduction of AI-powered collaboration tools, stronger regional supply chain integration, and a heightened focus on customer experience. Their efforts helped the Logitech Emerging Markets team win internal accolades.
Operational excellence is central to the team’s success. The establishment of a new distribution centre in Dubai streamlined regional logistics, reducing shipping times across Africa and the Middle East by up to 30 days. Complementing the Singapore hub, this dual-centre network improved scalability and customer responsiveness throughout the region.
Beyond business performance, the team champions sustainability and inclusivity, mentoring young professionals and supporting initiatives like Singapore’s National Digital Literacy Programme through solutions built for modern learning environments. Their achievements underscore Logitech Singapore Pte Ltd’s commitment to innovation that delivers value to customers, employees, and communities alike.
