This is our first-ever global challenge dedicated to the future of peripherals, software, and human interface devices. This isn’t just a competition; it’s an invitation to innovate. And for the very best teams, it’s a ticket to the heart of Logitech innovation.
The Grand Prize: Lausanne Awaits
For this inaugural event, we are pulling out all the stops. The top finalists won’t just win gear but will be flown out on an all-expenses-paid trip to our Logitech headquarters office in Lausanne, Switzerland to compete in the grand finale.
You will pitch your solution directly to Logitech leadership, tour our state-of-the-art engineering labs, and experience the birthplace of Swiss design. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to network, learn, and showcase your talent on a global stage.
In addition to the trip, finalists will compete for a share of the $20,000 prize pool.
The Challenge: What to Build
We are calling on experienced developers, UI/UX designers, students, and hardware enthusiasts. Your mission is to create a pitch for an innovative application that leverages specific Logitech APIs to solve real-world problems.
To enter, you must choose one of the following two categories:
- MX Creative Console + MX Master 4 & Actions Ring Innovate with the Actions SDK
Unleash your potential by leveraging the Actions SDK to develop an intelligent plugin that elevates the functionality of the MX Creative Console and the MX Master 4 with Actions Ring. We want to see plugins that seamlessly integrate with our cutting-edge devices to boost productivity, streamline workflows, or solve existing challenges.
- Examples: Plugins for creative apps (Blender, AutoCAD, Xcode, Cursor IDE), home monitoring dashboards, “Genie in a Bottle” AI assistants, or direct messaging integrations.
- MX Ink (MR Stylus for Meta Quest) Build the Future of Mixed Reality
We’re calling on developers to push the boundaries of the Logitech MX Ink stylus on Meta Quest headsets. Go beyond the expected and design an experience that redefines how we interact with 2D and 3D worlds. Your goal is an innovative Mixed Reality app that fully integrates the MX Ink stylus and meets the criteria for publication on the Meta App Store.
- Examples: Medical simulation and training, remote collaboration, 3D modeling/animation, virtual physics labs, or novel interaction modalities for gaming and fitness.
How to Submit
Applications are open NOW, and the deadline for submissions is February 25th, 2026.
To be considered, your submission on Devpost must include:
- Text Description: Explain the features and functionality of your project idea.
- Video Pitch: A video approximately one (1) minute in length.
- Note: Judges are not required to watch beyond one minute.
- Upload to YouTube, Vimeo, Facebook Video, or Youku and provide the public link.
- Submission Form: Complete answers to all required questions.

April 1st : Submission of Updated project
The selected applicants refine and submit plugin/app + updated pitches.
April 8th: 6 Finalists teams Announced
The Top 6 teams advancing to the final round will be revealed.
May 6-7th : The Finals Event in Lausanne, Switzerland
The 6 best teams will present their projects at Logitech’s worldwide headquarters, with all travel expenses covered.
