NFU Mutual initially considered video conferencing as a way to increase efficiency while reducing expenses associated with long travel times between their 300 offices. Video meetings became essential over the past year to enable employees and customers to continue engaging face to face.

NFU Mutual selected Logitech Room Solutions for Microsoft Teams with Rally, MeetUp and Logitech Tap with one-touch join. With their ease of use and simple integration with Microsoft Teams, adoption among NFU Mutual employees has been swift and enthusiastic.
These systems deliver top-quality audio and HD video at a reasonable price point. Multiple remote participants have even commented that they could hear others more clearly than if they were physically in the same meeting space together.
With 80 meeting rooms already equipped, NFU Mutual employees are able to seamlessly engage with remote customers and colleagues. Video calls have become standard practice and, by minimizing travel, NFU Mutual is saving travel costs and reducing its environmental impact.
Ten additional video-enabled meeting rooms are currently planned. NFU Mutual is also considering Logitech Connect for smaller meeting spaces and Logitech BRIO webcams for personal workspaces.
