Logitech’s flagship mouse delivers sensory precision on Windows 11 with minimal setup and highly responsive physical response.
Native integration with advanced haptics on Windows 11 has arrived, and the Logitech MX Master 4 is ready. As the first productivity mouse featuring native haptic support for Microsoft’s latest operating system, the MX Master 4 provides the user with subtle and clear vibration feedback. Existing users can unlock this capability today via a quick firmware update in Logi Options+, using the latest updated Windows 11 version, while new units shipping this Fall will support the feature out-of-the box. The mouse and operating system operate in total alignment.

Starting today, MX Master 4 users can update to experience haptic feedback effects on Windows 11 during specific actions, such as aligning objects in PowerPoint or snapping and resizing windows. Support for additional haptic feedback effects will continue to roll out both with Windows 11 and third party applications in the coming months.
“Logitech is at the forefront of haptic innovation and, by working in close collaboration with Microsoft, we ensure our users are the first to experience the next generation of productivity,” says Art O’Gnimh, General Manager of Mouse and Keyboard Solutions at Logitech. “We integrated advanced haptic hardware into the MX Master 4 ahead of the curve, anticipating a shift toward more immersive operating systems. With the launch of Windows 11, that engineering foresight pays off. We have delivered a zero-friction, meaningful experience that remains the only one of its kind in the industry.”
“With advanced haptics in Windows 11, everyday interactions are more responsive, clear, and natural,” says Dave Dame, Senior Director of Human Centered Design, Microsoft. “MX Master 4 delivers that experience from day one, extending interactions beyond the screen and setting a new bar for how hardware and software come together.”
As the Windows 11 ecosystem expands, the MX Master 4 is designed to evolve alongside it. It is a platform ready for future application-specific profiles and developer integrations. As of May 20, 2026, it remains the only productivity mouse capable of delivering this native integration for Windows 11 users via a simple firmware update, for a seamless and immersive step into the future of work and digital creation.
