Contacting logitech regarding product support and unsolicited submissions

 

HELP WITH YOUR EXISTING PRODUCT

If you need help or assistance with your existing Logitech products, you are more than welcome to contact the support team via https://support.logi.com. Do not include any unsolicited ideas per Logitech’s Unsolicited Submissions Policy (outlined below) to our support team. Any feedback you provide to Logitech, or to its employees shall be deemed to be non-confidential and non-proprietary. Logitech shall be free to use such information on an unrestricted basis, without any compensation (in any form) to you or any third party.

LOGITECH UNSOLICITED SUBMISSIONS POLICY

If you wish to submit feedback, product ideas, any unsolicited information or ideas to Logitech, you agree that all information submitted shall be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary by Logitech. You further agree that your submission shall become Logitech’s property, that Logitech may use your submission for any purpose, and that Logitech will not sign a Non-Disclosure or Confidentiality Agreement concerning your submission.

Note that Logitech employees may not directly accept or consider unsolicited information or ideas, including, but not limited to, ideas for new products, product improvements, new technologies, processes, materials, services, advertising or promotion campaigns, marketing, or new product names. Please do not submit any confidential or proprietary information, unsolicited ideas, suggestions, proposals, comments, or materials in any form to Logitech employees. The purpose of this policy is to avoid potential misunderstandings or disputes when Logitech’s products, services, features, or marketing strategies may appear to be similar or identical to ideas submitted to Logitech.

Regardless of what your letter, email, cover, message, or other transmission may state, the following terms shall apply to your submissions:

TERMS OF UNSOLICITED SUBMISSIONS

You agree that:

  1. Your submissions and their contents automatically become the property of Logitech, without any compensation (in any form) to you or any third party.
  2. Logitech has no obligation to keep your submission confidential or proprietary, and shall not be liable for any use or disclosure of the submission.
  3. Logitech may use or redistribute the submissions and their contents for any purpose whatsoever, commercial or otherwise, without any restriction or notice obligations.
  4. There is no obligation for Logitech to use, review, keep, acknowledge, or return the submission or any related materials.
