Supporting Communities

Our ERGs are a fundamental component of our inclusion strategy. These employee-led teams strive to cultivate an inclusive work environment and foster allyship. Our ERGs also play a crucial role as a feedback mechanism, highlighting the challenges faced by communities at Logitech.

Employee Engagement

We distribute a bi-annual employee engagement survey, LogiPulse. As part of this survey, employees provided feedback on their experience at Logitech, on measures such as happiness, retention and their perspective on our current state of workplace inclusion at Logitech.

Global Parental Leave

Logitech offers a minimum of 18 weeks of fully paid time off for all parents, globally, who are welcoming a new child through birth, surrogacy or adoption. We believe that all employees should receive the support they need as new parents, regardless of gender or where they are in the world. We ensure equal pay for equal work and periodically benchmark our benefits packages with relevant peer companies and good practice.

Pride

We don’t just fly rainbow flags and rainbow-wash our logos during Pride Month. Every day, year round, we show up for our colleagues, our customers, our partners and our communities in material ways. Together with our LogiPride ERG, we host employee-led conversations discussing important topics facing the community and promoting allyship in the workplace.

Gender Fair Initiative

In June 2022, we allied with Gender Fair to cofounded the coalition for Gender Fair Procurement. Together we aim to promote gender fairness by leveraging corporate procurement and catalyze an industry-wide transformation in procurement practices.

Digital Inclusion

Inclusivity is at the heart of everything that we do. We are dedicated to promoting and facilitating a digital world that is inclusive and accessible for all.

Supporting STEAM education

Logitech supports STEAM education, an interdisciplinary approach which encourages gender-inclusive learning and serves to guide student inquiry, creativity, and problem-solving. In collaboration with organizations like Team4Tech, Girls Who Code, Pensole Lewis College, and the Royal College of Arts we strive to address exclusion and create pathways from secondary education to higher learning platforms.

E-sports tournament

Logitech G adaptive esports tournament

We partnered with Mount Sinai, the AbleGamers Charity, and Adaptive Action Sports organizations to provide gamers with disabilities a professional series of esports tournaments featuring high stakes, bragging rights, and over $50,000 in cash and prizes. Together, the adaptive esports partners have helped gamers with disability through peer counseling, assisted tech grants and numerous interactions that resulted in reduced barriers to play.
