Is Logitech MX Anywhere Bluetooth?

The MX Anywhere 3 mouse gives you two options for making wireless connections:

Bluetooth low energy technology and Logitech Unifying (a wireless USB receiver included with the mouse).

A Bluetooth connection is great for most use cases, convenient, and does not take your valuable USB port, but the USB receiver provides more robust connectivity, especially when working in an area with multiple other wireless devices

What is the difference between Logitech Anywhere 2s and 3?

MX Anywhere 3 features some major upgrades from the previous version:

New materials: we utilize silicon for MX Anywhere 3 to make it more resistant to the bumps of mobile work.

MagSpeed scroll wheel with Smartshift is almost completely silent: switch between hyperfast 1,000 line-per-second scrolling, and precise line- by-line scrolling that lets you stop on a pixel.

Customizable buttons: on top of the possibility to customize your buttons for virtually any application, MX Anywhere 3 comes with predefined profiles for the most popular applications

Charging: charging cable is now USB-C to USB-A instead of micro-USB.

Colors: comes in multiple colours to perfectly match your working environment.

Does the MX Anywhere 3 glide smoothly?

Yes! Lighter glide pads make for easy, smooth gliding. They’re also designed to be easily replaceable.

Is the MX Anywhere easy to set up?

Yes! There are two ways to easily connect your MX Anywhere 3.

Bluetooth:
Open the Bluetooth settings on your computer to pair. Search for new devices and select MX Anywhere 3 to connect.

Wireless USB receiver:
Plug the receiver into a USB port on your computer and start using your mouse.

Yes, the scroll wheel can function as a middle button.

What's the difference between the MX Anywhere 3 Windows version and the Mac version?

The Mac version was designed to both perfectly work and fit with Mac devices. It comes with a USB-C to USB-C charging cable, and the color blends in naturally with Mac devices.

Note: the mouse does not come with a wireless USB receiver.
