What is Proposition 65?

"Proposition 65" is the California Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986. Proposition 65 protects the Californian citizen's "right to know" if a product contains Proposition 65 listed chemicals, so that citizens can make informed decisions and protect themselves from chemical exposures.
