Supplier Diversity Program

Advancing Supplier Diversity and Inclusion Through Measurable Action

We are committed to expanding and strengthening our network of small business enterprises, minority and women-owned suppliers globally. To deliver meaningful impact, we will execute the following five actions:

1. Inclusive Sourcing Standards

We will require that every request for proposal (RFP) include at least two qualified suppliers from underrepresented groups, where available. This ensures diverse representation is embedded from the outset of every sourcing decision.

2. Accountability Through Supplier Expectations

To ensure equity in our supply network, we will require selected suppliers to provide a formal diversity action plan as part of our selection criteria. This plan must outline measurable commitments across hiring, subcontracting, and inclusive business practices—ensuring our broader ecosystem advances alongside us.

3. Reduced Barriers to Entry

We will streamline onboarding and engagement for underrepresented suppliers by offering shorter payment cycles and simplified contractual requirements. These adjustments are designed to improve access, competitiveness, and long-term sustainability for smaller and emerging businesses.

4. Strategic Partnerships and Ecosystem Investment

We will actively collaborate with peer organizations, supplier diversity councils, and global diverse supplier advocacy groups to expand opportunities for underrepresented suppliers. This includes enabling access to capital, mentorship, and growth platforms both within and beyond our immediate supply chain.

5. Supplier Development Program

We will continue to execute our two signature supplier development programs, selecting 5–10 high-potential underrepresented suppliers annually. Participants will receive targeted support, including advisory services, pilot opportunities, network access, and growth initiatives. Elements of this program will also leverage employee engagement initiatives, including volunteer expertise.

Phased Implementation and Scale

We will initially focus these efforts within the United States, where infrastructure and measurement capabilities are strongest. As we refine our approach and demonstrate impact, we will scale this model globally.

Our Commitment

We believe a more inclusive supply base is not only more equitable—it is also more innovative, resilient, and competitive. Through disciplined execution of these actions, we will drive both social impact and business performance.
