Limited License to Logitech Assets
This Limited License to Logitech Assets (“Terms”) is a legal agreement between you and Logitech to govern your use of the Logitech Assets.
- General
All images, videos, and other media assets (“Logitech Assets”) provided by Logitech (and its affiliates) are proprietary materials, unless otherwise stated, subject to Copyright protection, and may also be subject to Trademark, Trade Dress, and other intellectual property protection.
- Acceptable Use
These Logitech Assets may only be used in direct association with the sale, marketing, or promotion of new, genuine Logitech products, in the country or region where the party offering the product has been formally granted rights by Logitech to do so.
- Non-Acceptable Use
You generally may not otherwise use, copy, distribute, publish, or disseminate the Logitech Assets without prior written permission from Logitech. All other uses are strictly prohibited without the express written consent of Logitech. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to: use in conjunction with parallel import or grey market goods; products acquired outside of Logitech's authorized distribution channels; advertising and selling on third-party digital selling platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Newegg, Bestbuy, Ebay, Alibaba, Alibaba Express, Temu, Mercado Libre, Falavella, Riple, Paris, Banifox, Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, Allegro, Tmall, JD, 1688, or other third party websites; the sale of or offer to sell used, refurbished, altered, damaged, counterfeit, and liquidated products; and for any purpose outside the scope of authorized activities explicitly licensed by Logitech in writing.
- Compliance
Logitech reserves the right to revoke or modify authorizations to use these Logitech Assets at its sole discretion and without prior notice at any time. These requirements may be updated by Logitech from time to time, and it is the ongoing and sole responsibility of the users of any Logitech Assets to ensure continuous compliance with the latest version. Failure to comply with these Terms may lead to legal actions, including but not limited to, injunctive relief, recovery of actual damages, statutory damages, legal fees, the filing of copyright violations, and other measures deemed necessary by Logitech to protect its intellectual property rights.
